Job summary

Cipla is seeking an IT Business Partner to bridge business needs with IT solutions across manufacturing, packaging and quality functions. The role requires strong experience with MES/SCADA/LIMS systems, SAP modules for production and quality, and solid project coordination skills.

You will work with manufacturing, QA, R&D and IT teams to ensure compliant, validated solutions from design through Go Live and support. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 5-8 years of work experience across various technology platforms.
• Knowledge of MES systems, Manufacturing, Packaging, and WH machines.
• Experience with Manufacturing, Packaging and WH IT solutions (MES/SCADA/LIMS, CSV) in pharma.
• Knowledge of QC systems, LIMS, QA/R&D/RA applications.
• Experience with Quality, R&D, RA IT solutions (Waters/Master Control/LIMS), CSV.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to deliver IT solutions from requirement gathering to Go Live and post-implementation support.
• Provide SAP support for Production, Warehouse and Quality modules.
• Manage audit trails, CSV activities and system validation
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to align on solutions and roadmaps.
