Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an IT Business Partner for Dry Powder Inhaler products in Hauppauge, NY. The role partners with business units to deliver IT solutions from concept through Go Live and support, interacting with vendors and internal support teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of pharma IT experience, MES/SCADA/LIMS familiarity, and strong SAP skills, with a focus on delivering compliant, validated manufacturing IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of work experience across multiple technology platforms.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Knowledge of MES, Manufacturing, Packaging and WH IT solutions (MES/SCADA/LIMS etc.), CSV activities.
• Experience with QC systems, LIMS, QA/R&D/RA applications.
• Experience with Quality, R&D, RA IT solutions (Waters/Master Control/LIMS etc.), CSV activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business for IT solutions from IT solutioning to Go Live & support.
• Interact with internal support functions, vendors and partners.
• Manage IT systems support including implementation, validation and administration across Manufacturing, Packaging and WH.
• Coordinate IT projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Define architecture for enterprise applications and engage with internal and external partners.
