Diasorin is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for Manufacturing and Execution (MES) to align IT with manufacturing strategies in a global biotech environment. You will partner with functional stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive IT operations improvements to enhance manufacturing processes.
The role emphasizes life-cycle management of industrial apps, vendor coordination, and ensuring GxP compliance across sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years IT operations experience in industrial settings.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP or PMP preferred.
- Experience with MES or LIMS and industrial IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Drive design and benchmark phases aligned with IT strategy.
- Improve IT operations, upgrades, and processes in manufacturing.
- Maintain life cycle of industrial applications and roadmaps.
- Provide user training, disaster recovery documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure GxP compliance and report system performance to management.
- Collaborate across IT domains and drive continuous improvement.
