Job summary

Cipla New York (InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) seeks an IT Business Partner to align manufacturing IT solutions with business needs. You will work across MES, SCADA, LIMS, QA/R&D applications, and CSV processes, coordinating with regional teams and vendors for validated deployments.

Key focus areas include SAP support for production, warehouse and quality, enterprise architecture, and driving innovative IT strategies in a pharma manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related field.
• 5-8 years of work experience across various technology platforms.
• Experience with MES/SCADA/LIMS, CSV activities, with pharma preference.
• Knowledge of QC/QA/R&D/RA applications and CSV activities in pharma.
• SAP skills across Production, Warehouse, Packaging and Quality modules.

Responsibilities

• Build technical understanding of MES, Serialization, QC applications and end-to-end processes to propose system changes.
• SAP Support for Production, Warehouse and Quality.
• Handle Audit Trails and CSV activities.
• Define architecture for enterprise applications to engage internal users, vendors/partners, and customers.
• Evaluate new technologies and develop innovative IT solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional regions and IT partners for project delivery.
• Track timelines, budgets, milestones, and SLAs for IT solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or related field
