Job summary

HMSA seeks an experienced Enterprise Application Administration leader to guide the team and partner with HMSA and business units to deliver reliable IT solutions. You will drive service delivery, architecture reviews, and go-live support while mentoring engineers and managing budgets.

Responsibilities include establishing SLAs, coordinating vendor relationships, and shaping IT roadmaps. Strong leadership, incident management, and project governance are essential for success in a hybrid Honolulu

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of technical and business experience across multiple technologies.
Supervisory or leadership experience required.
Experience managing system implementation life cycle activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an Enterprise Application Administration team.
Act as technology liaison to HMSA and align solutions with business goals.
Oversee procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of software systems.
Develop and refine IT strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures.
Monitor performance, drive improvements, and document processes for users.
Oversee go-lives, upgrades, and on-site support per schedule; handle escalations.
