Job summary

HMSA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager in Honolulu to lead cross-departmental initiatives from design through implementation. You will define scope, develop full project plans, manage budgets, and drive results with executive sponsors.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor program risks, present progress to stakeholders, and mentor project teams to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related work experience.
• Two years of project management experience or related experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• General knowledge of financial concepts (e.g. balance sheets, financial statements).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develops full-scale project plans with tasks, timelines and budgets.
• Leads the implementation phase to align with goals and timelines.
• Coordinates across LOBs and departments to ensure successful planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Facilitates planning sessions with stakeholders to align efforts with corporate goals.
• Monitors program dynamics, escalates risks, and resolves issues.
• Communicates progress and presents status to executives and teams.
