Job summary

LMT Technology Solutions is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for a diverse client base. You will work with a collaborative team of engineers to deliver proactive maintenance and expert technical solutions while acting as a trusted technology partner for assigned clients.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in IT support, strong documentation, and familiarity with MSP processes.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting servers, workstations, printers and network switches.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise systems.
Certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA a plus.
Knowledge of ConnectWise a plus.
Strong documentation habits and process-driven mindset.
Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement IT solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Conduct proactive system monitoring and preventive maintenance tasks.
Accurately document client interactions, activities, configurations, and resolutions in PSA system.
Respond to ticket escalations and manage SLAs.
Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning.
