BridgeBio seeks an accomplished IT architect to own the People and Legal technology roadmap, partnering with HR and Legal teams to design platform capabilities, vendor governance, and AI initiatives. The role demands deep enterprise SaaS experience, strong security oversight, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth biotech environment.

You will drive architecture for Workday, Greenhouse, and related systems, while balancing production readiness, governance, and vendor performance across

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in CS, information systems, or equivalent.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise-ready People and Legal tech.
• 3+ years at a senior technical/architect level.
• Experience with Workday design/deployments and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Define platform architecture for People and Legal domains.
• Translate priorities into technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead AI initiatives and governance across the enterprise.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and SLAs.
• Ensure security, privacy, and SOX/GxP compliance.
