Job summary

Rose BioSolutions is seeking a Director, Application Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of the enterprise ecosystem. You will shape data flows, integration patterns, and system-of-record decisions across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Ironclad, UKG, QMS, and LIMS.

You will manage a technical carve-out from a legacy parent, drive TSA exit, and ensure CSV and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance while enabling AI-enabled workflows with native vendor solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of enterprise application architecture experience.
• Hands-on implementation with SAP, Salesforce CRM, Ironclad, and UKG.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments (QMS/LIMS) and CSV/21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Architect the enterprise ecosystem spanning core platforms and data flows.
• Lead technical carve-out and TSA exit planning and execution.
• Direct hands-on configuration and design decisions.
• Oversee GxP validation and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Drive AI integration and vendor governance across SAP and Salesforce.
