Job summary

Axon in New York, NY seeks a Senior Director of IT Business Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio that translates strategy into reliable technology across sales, finance, and operations. You’ll lead BSA, PMO, and QA, align priorities with business goals, and drive cross-functional execution in a hybrid, fast-moving environment.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to shape roadmaps, deliver scalable business solutions, and establish delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery or technology teams.
• Experience running a multi-stakeholder portfolio and tradeoff conversations.
• Proven executive partner with Sales, Finance, Operations leaders to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance that connects them.
• Run portfolio prioritization, project sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Give executive leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into executable technology initiatives.
• Build the operating model and delivery standards that let a fast-growing company move fast without breaking enterprise reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, execution, testing strategy, release readiness, quality.
• Establish KPIs that measure portfolio performance, adoption, quality, and business impact.
• Lead and develop managers across three functions; build succession, not just execution.
• Shape IT-wide strategy as a member of the Business Technology Leadership Team.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Corporate AI teams to accelerate cross-functional execution.
• Identify and drive process automation and transformation opportunities with business leaders.
