Job summary

4D Molecular Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead hands-on, business-facing IT for G&A functions, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, and Facilities. You will configure, optimize, and automate AI-enabled processes to enable scalable growth and commercial readiness.

The role blends enterprise application ownership with integration, governance, and partnerships with MSP/vendors to deliver compliant and efficient business systems across the G&A stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of hands-on enterprise business systems experience.
• Experience across G&A platforms including procurement, CLM, legal spend, and finance.
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations, APIs, middleware, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day IT point of contact and trusted advisor to G&A stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions.
• Lead and participate in process improvements to maximize platform value.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management in partnership with BPO.
