World Wide Technology seeks an IT Developer to build and integrate custom WWT apps and vendor systems. You will contribute to design, development, and deployment of software solutions, mentoring juniors and driving complex projects across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Programming, or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote WWT Core Values and best practices.
• Design, develop, and test software applications per requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and ownership of complex challenges.
• Conduct code reviews focusing on quality, standards, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues and monitor trends.
• Document configurations and maintain technical knowledge base.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, standups, demos and retrospectives.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.
