Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, develops tests, and test-automation. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment
  • Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions
  • Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations, specifically AS400/IBMi
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

All employees must understand and comply with security responsibilities and applicable legal and internal policies.

Potential pay ranges from $74,000 to $118,000 based on experience and skills.
