Job Description

Do you have experience with AS400/IBMi? This might be the role you have been looking for. The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, testing, and automating tests. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
• Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
• Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
• Contribute to and leverage components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve innovative, results-oriented technology solutions.
• Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of application development or packaged software implementation experience with AS400/IBMi.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Potential salary ranges from $74,000 to $118,000, depending on experience.
