Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, testing, and automating tests. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
• Analyze, design, and develop test and test-automation suites.
• Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
• Leverage and contribute to components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-results-driven solutions.
• Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations - AS400/IBMi.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Demands

• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and outside core hours, as needed.

Potential salary range: $74,000 - $118,000, based on experience.
