Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or 10 years of work experience) required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to perform physical requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end users and participate in project activities.
• Install, repair, modify, maintain applications, OS, hardware, printers and peripherals.
• Log issues in the service ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
