Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. seeks an End-User Computing Specialist to deliver IT services in the end-user computing environment and assist business users. The role is onsite and based in Europe, with responsibilities spanning desktop, mobile, printers, and network devices.

You will triage and resolve end-user issues, install software, and provide on-site support, while maintaining asset inventories and contributing to IT compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or A+ certification is required.
• 6+ months of experience working directly with end users.
• Knowledge of desktop end-user technologies across PCs, iOS, Android, MAC, Windows.
• Experience supporting office automation software, including MS Office.
• Willingness to stay current with best practices and technologies affecting the business.
• Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical assistance requests in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Log IT interactions and maintain communication logs in the ticketing system.
• Provide hardware/software support for MAC, Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and Mobile Devices.
• Research and resolve issues using the global standard ticketing tool and assist analysis.
• Follow EUC procedures to reach issue resolution and install approved software.
• Provide Smarthands support for network/server teams; onsite support and recovery tasks.
• Provide PC user training and ensure high-quality service.
• Manage IT assets; coordinate with Purchasing for inventory refresh and disposal.
