Job summary

Clarity Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist (Tier I/II) to assist end users with Windows desktops and Office 365.

You will work via phone, remote sessions, and occasional on-site visits in the Chicago area, with travel to client sites and occasional training opportunities. Strong communication, quick learners, and teamwork are essential; equipment is provided and work arrangements are flexible.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 helpful.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Job description

You are a strong communicator who enjoys helping others.

You are a skilled problem solver who is always looking to sink your teeth into something new.

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades.

This position is work from home in the Chicago Area with on-site visits to client sites as needed. Average 3-4 client site visits per week lasting 1-4 hours each. There will also be periodic opportunities for in-person training and collaboration in Madison, WI. All travel expenses, including mileage to/from client sites paid.
