Job summary

Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe in Mt Pleasant, MI is seeking a Tech Services Supervisor to lead IT operations for desktop/server support and deployments. You will supervise technical staff, coordinate incident handling, and ensure reliable service across tribal enterprises.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 5 years IT experience with supervisory duties, and ITIL/Service Desk knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; three years IT helpdesk or support, or five years IT experience with certifications.
• One year IT supervisory, mentoring capacity.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license to meet employment eligibility requirements.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance related to IT security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IT staff and coordinate desktop/server support and deployments.
• Oversee incident management and adherence to ITIL processes.
• Ensure security, data integrity and compliance across all tribal IT systems.
