Job summary

Oxy, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking an Analyst for IT Digital Experience to join the IT Digital Experience group in Houston. The role focuses on delivering end-user IT services and driving digital workplace initiatives to enhance the user experience across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include partnering with business users, evaluating new technologies, documenting solutions, and providing training to empower colleagues while maintaining ITSM processes and strong communication

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in IT end-user support or digital workplace enablement.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users to identify IT needs and opportunities for an exceptional end-user experience.
Pilot and roll out new technologies and tools to improve IT user experience and support digital transformation initiatives.
Log and track incidents using ITSM tools, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to resolve cases.
Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals; monitor system performance and address inquiries.
Provide end-user training and create knowledge materials to improve digital literacy across the organization.
