Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions for driving a company vehicle.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced deskside and end-user technical support for hardware, operating systems, applications, peripherals, printing, and related workplace technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests with clear communication throughout the support lifecycle.
• Log, track, document, and manage incidents and service requests using IT service-management tools.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support PCs, peripherals, software, printing devices, IT equipment, cabling, and related tech infrastructure.
