Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Manager, IT Services to lead one or more IT services, ensuring implementation, support, and enhancements align with business needs.

The role requires planning, organizing, and directing teams while managing risk, scope, resources, schedule, and budget. You will foster regulatory compliance and ITIL processes, collaborating with executives and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant IT leadership experience, healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience leading large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across technologies.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, networks, and databases.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team communications and drive execution of strategic IT plans and priorities.
• Manage clinical application portfolios, budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Serve as Service Owner for assigned applications ensuring security and alignment with customer needs.
• Lead major IT initiatives including new system implementations and cost/productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
