Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Manager, IT Services to lead one or more IT services, including Epic-related initiatives. You will analyze, plan, and guide teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements while fostering strong relationships with senior business leaders.

The role requires coordinating with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable applications and services, with a focus on service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience; healthcare experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred or 5+ years leading Epic staff in Resolute billing or HIM is a plus
• Experience leading large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead team-specific communications and drive execution of strategic plans, IT solutions, and business priorities.
• Manage clinical application portfolios, projects, operating/capital budgets, vendor contracts, and overall financial performance.
• Serve as Service Owner for assigned applications, ensuring systems are maintained, supported, secure, and aligned with customer needs.
• Lead major IT initiatives, including implementation of new systems and services, while identifying cost, productivity, infrastructure, and processes improvements.
