Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years enterprise IT experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with Cisco UCS, VMware vSphere, Windows Server, AD, and storage.
• Healthcare IT experience with PHI/HIPAA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HIS operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate access control, security, and incident response for PHI protection.
• Oversee EHR, PACS, interfaces, and other clinical applications.
• Manage ticket priorities, response times, escalations, and vendor relations.
• Plan and execute server, virtualization, storage, and backup maintenance.
• Drive Epic Community Connect and infrastructure modernization projects.
