Indiana University Health, Inc. seeks an Epic Applications Manager to lead a team of EHR analysts responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing Epic applications across the health system.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 5–7 years of IT/management experience and a plan to obtain Epic inpatient clinical documentation certification within 90 days.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of IT/management experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant IT and/or management experience.
• Epic inpatient clinical documentation certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• Familiarity with healthcare business processes and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in managing a team of EHR analysts for Epic deployment, support, and optimization across the health system.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and ensure timely project delivery including upgrades and new functionality.
• Manage system development life cycle phases and configuration of Epic applications to align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and functional changes with clinical, business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
