SpaceXAI, Memphis, TN, is seeking a hands-on IT Services Manager to lead a world-class team supporting end-user requests, deploying hardware, and solving non-standard engineer needs.

You will recruit, train, and supervise technicians, delegate tasks, monitor ticket queues, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations while working closely with management on projects and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate IT Helpdesk/desktop support environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, and evaluates IT Services technicians.
• Delegates tasks and develops work schedules.
• Monitors ticket queue to ensure quality of tickets in progress.
• Hands-on; resolves difficult issues; identifies root causes and improves processes.
• Plans and supervises projects/workloads for IT technicians.
• Provides reports on activities and performance.
• Routes or escalates service requests as needed.
• Collaborates to identify process improvements.
• Supports IT Services supply chain, purchasing and distribution.
• Manages inventory with IT Logistics and coordinates with 3rd party vendors.
