Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Manager Information Technology Technical Services to lead a team of IT professionals and ensure dependable technology service delivery. This on-site role requires strong leadership across multiple IT domains and proven ability to align IT with business goals.

You will manage budgets, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and drive project delivery while continuously improving processes in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of IT operations experience with a track record of leadership.
• 10 years of progressively responsible IT operations experience.
• 4 years of leadership experience managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects.
• 3 years of services delivery management experience across multiple technology service areas (security, data center, server, storage, network, etc.).
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT specialists to meet departmental and organizational goals and manage HR duties.
• Oversee delivery of dependable technology services.
• Manage and reconcile IT budgets within technology service areas.
• Manage relationships with McLaren Health Care partners and ensure contractual commitments.
• Oversee project delivery within technology service areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
• Collaborate with process teams to improve efficiency and dependability of IT services.
• Interface with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop, and integrate IT processes using best practices.
