Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join their team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective technology experiences for end users across the US and Europe. This is an opportunity to get involved in a dynamic environment where you’ll contribute to ongoing digital transformation efforts and support a wide range of technologies and business users.

  • Location: New York City, New York – Onsite
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $35/hour plus benefits
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support, managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and keeping users informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Provide remote and onsite deskside support, troubleshoot issues with Windows, M365 apps, and end-user devices, and assist with user onboarding and induction.
  • Perform account management tasks in Active Directory, Azure AD, and IdentityNow, and track hardware assets and device lifecycles.
  • Support rollout and testing of device builds, software updates, and security patches, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Participate in IT service improvement efforts, project support activities, and occasional travel to support cross-regional collaboration.

What Gets You the Job:

  • Hands-on experience with device builds, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong incident and request management skills with working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service desk tools.
  • User account administration experience across Active Directory and Azure-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management processes and tools.
  • Background working in an IT Service organization with a strong service delivery mindset.
