Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Service & Logistics Coordinator to organize daily service operations, manage inventory, and support hardware fulfillment for customer orders. You will dispatch field technicians, handle shipping and receiving, and maintain accurate records across remote sites.

The role blends hands-on IT hardware work with logistics coordination. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in logistics or dispatch, proficiency with inventory systems and service ticketing

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or IT is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, dispatching, or a service coordinator role.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERPs, or service ticketing software is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail in a structured shipping and receiving environment.
• Ability to quickly assess urgency of service requests and allocate tasks to field personnel.
• Comfort around technology with willingness to learn basic hardware staging and configuration.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Clear verbal and written communication between customers, remote sites, and technicians.

• Coordinate service dispatch and assign tickets to field technicians based on skill, location and urgency.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics; schedule pickups with carriers and maintain shipment logs.
• Track inventory levels for toner, hardware, and consumables; update systems daily.
• Build, repair, and configure IT hardware for customer orders and perform basic testing.
• Stage devices for installation and ensure timely delivery to customers or technicians.
