Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service experience, technical preferred.
• Prior service desk and project management experience preferred.
• Vocational/technical or certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level troubleshooting to resolve Penske system issues via phone and remote tools.
• Coordinate with programming staff to communicate software issues.
• Log calls in the tracking system and follow up for customer satisfaction.
• Work on laptop software configurations and special projects as assigned.
