Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with typing skills.
• Preferred CompTIA A+ or MCP certification.

• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (WAN/LAN) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for workstations, servers, printers, and networks.
• Log and manage incidents per SLA and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Document issues and solutions in ConnectWise.
• Coordinate resources and communicate incident progress to clients.
• Assist with disaster recovery and basic security tasks.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
