Overview

The Athletics IT Service Desk is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University’s athletics community! This role offers hands‑on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student‑athletes and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services.
• Assistance with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal.
• Monitor the athletics ServiceNow system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly.
• Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
• Ability to work independently.

Flexible work hours to accommodate class schedules.
