Qualifications

• Minimum four years of end-user workstation support in a domain environment.
• Proficient in Windows server/client infrastructures.
• Proficient in MAC OS troubleshooting and support.
• Experience troubleshooting VM environments.
• Experience handling complex issues requiring diagnostic thinking.
• Four years of server support in a domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an active listener and empathetic when answering inbound client calls.
• Document calls with high detail in ServiceNow.
• Visit client sites to install and configure computer equipment when needed.
• React to monitoring alerts using remote management software.
• Diagnose and repair workstations, servers, networks, and applications.
• Provide End User Mac support for hardware/software issues.
• Follow procurement processes for hardware deliveries to clients.
• Create and maintain client environment documentation.
• Work under the Service Delivery Manager and VP supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Be willing to pursue continuing education and certifications.
• On-call rotation required.
