Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 IT support across hardware, software, and remote access
• Collaborate with IT staff to deliver high-quality member support with measurable metrics
• Manage lifecycle replacement of laptops, desktops, phones, and iPads as needed
• Execute new Service Desk projects and security patching
• Document knowledge base and contribute to training programs
• Handle after-hours on-call rotation and provide timely updates to the team
