Job summary

Hanmi Bank is seeking a Service Desk Administrator in Los Angeles to provide direct and telephone support for bank hardware and software platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, document case details, and assist with routine admin tasks and system changes to keep operations secure and compliant.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, basic IT operations knowledge, and good communication skills. A high school diploma or AA and strong customer service abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT operations and banking compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and telephone support for bank hardware/software platforms.
• Perform routine system/user administrative tasks and document changes.
• Configure and administer systems to ensure changes are planned and verified.
• Participate in incident response if needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist in patch management, updates, and special projects.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with customers and staff.
• Operate terminals and PCs to input data and resolve problems within authority.
• Prepare routine and special reports.
