Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to ensure smooth computer operation for end users and to meet SLA expectations. This role includes desktop support at the Airport counter and collaboration with security for visitor management.

Responsibilities include incident triage, software deployment, endpoint security, and cyber incident response. Weekend IT support rotation and phishing response efforts strengthen cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL certification considered an asset.
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware and end-user devices like laptops and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, portal, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, resolve, test, and document incidents and service requests, escalating as needed.
• Support front desk security operations, visitor intake, and security coordination.
• Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure endpoint security updates.
• Provide weekend IT support on a rotating basis and respond to phishing incidents.
