Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. seeks an IT Technical Support Analyst to join our Irving, TX office. This full-time role focuses on triage, incident resolution, and ensuring service continuity for the help desk team.

Responsibilities include weekend hotline coverage, password resets, access provisioning, data conversions, and root-cause analysis across hardware and software. You will collaborate with teammates via Microsoft Teams and in person, escalating to L3 when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technology-related field required.
• 5+ years of technical experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend hotline coverage and act as primary contact during the window.
• Handle password resets, system access provisioning, and data conversions.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware and software.
• Review logs and large datasets to support issue diagnosis.
• Collaborate with team members via Teams and in person to resolve complex cases.
• Escalate issues to Level 3 support as part of a multi-tier model.
