Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, portal, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, resolve, test, and document incidents and service requests.
• Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base and FAQs.
• Provide front-desk support at security and visitor management activities.
