Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 year minimum in a service desk or field IT technical support role.
• Ability to travel upwards of 10% to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
• Analyzes and resolves hardware, software, and system issues within SLA.
• Documents and tracks support requests in the ticketing system and escalates as needed.
• Uses remote tools for offsite users and performs deskside support for local users.
• Assists with deployment of new equipment and manages user access and licensing.
