First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide technical maintenance and recovery support for IT systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PAM, IAM. This role interfaces with vendors, troubleshoots issues, and optimizes system performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT, experience with AD/Exchange, IAM, PAM, and PowerShell scripting, plus strong communication and project coordination skills. On-site in Sioux Falls, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning reports for audits, governance risk compliance, Sr management, access, changes made, performance, and capacity.
• Provide maintenance and recovery support to local or wide area networks and technology systems.
• Test and troubleshoot to resolve complex technical problems.
• Direct and mentor Systems Administrators and manage tasks and projects.
• Coordinate projects and report progress to management; participate in on-call rotations.
