Job summary

Lutz is seeking a Service Desk Intern for an in-person role in Omaha, NE. You will gain hands-on experience with PC and Mac workstations, assist the Helpdesk, and receive mentoring from seasoned systems engineers.

The internship runs mid May to mid August 2027, requires a minimum 30 hours per week and a 3.0 GPA, and targets students pursuing CS or MIS with basic networking and Windows OS knowledge.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher and 30 hours per week minimum.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• Comfortable solving problems and working with teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and install PC and Mac workstations for clients.
• Provide onsite assistance to the Lutz Helpdesk.
• Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers.
• Work with cutting edge technology and enhance troubleshooting skills.
