Job summary

LCS is offering an IT Service Desk Internship, a full-time 12-week program from May through August. Interns gain hands-on experience on meaningful projects with real business impact and present outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Rising junior, senior, or graduate student in IT-related studies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.
• Interest in IT support, infrastructure, or technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Service Desk team to deliver internship project.
• May deploy new technologies for existing communities.
• May engage with technology partners to develop LCS solutions.
• Interact with community leadership on project implementation.
• Contribute to real projects implemented within the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments.
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Present your project and summer experience to senior leadership at internship end.
• Gain broad understanding of the industry through mentorship, training, and shadowing.
