Job summary

Life Care Services (LCS) offers an IT Service Desk Internship, a full-time 12-week program from May through August. Interns work with our IT support team on meaningful projects and present outcomes to senior leaders at end of summer.

You'll gain exposure to IT operations, collaborate across departments, and build hands-on experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 while developing professional skills through mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS-related field
• Rising junior/senior/graduate with IT interest
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Customer-service mindset with willingness to help others

Responsibilities

• Work with Service Desk team to deliver internship project.
• May work with existing communities to deploy new technologies.
• May engage with technology partners to develop LCS solutions.
• May interact with community leadership on project implementation.
• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments.
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
• Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
