LCS Living is offering a full-time, 12-week IT Service Desk Internship in Des Moines, IA. You will work with our IT support team, contribute to a meaningful internship project, and gain exposure to various IT operations.

The program runs May through August and includes mentorship, professional development, and a final presentation to senior leadership. We seek students pursuing IT-related degrees with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, plus a customer-service mindset and

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, cybersecurity or related field.
Rising junior, senior or grad student with IT interest and strong academics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; quick learner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team; highly organized.

Responsibilities

Assist IT Service Desk with internship project and daily tasks.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to understand operations.
Assist with deploying new technologies and partner initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to support project rollout and adoption.
Present project outcomes and internship experience to leadership at program end.
Gain broad exposure to IT services and business operations.
