Job summary

LCS is offering an Infrastructure Internship in Des Moines, IA for a 12-week period (May through August). The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with interns contributing to meaningful projects that impact the business and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.

You will work alongside our Infrastructure team and gain exposure across IT, with mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities. Competitive hourly rate: $22.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal Infrastructure team on projects.
• Interact with other IT teams to gain broad exposure.
• Assist in deploying new technologies with communities or partners.
• Engage with technology partners to develop LCS solutions.
• Interact with community leadership on project implementation.
• Contribute to real projects implemented within the organization.
