Job summary

LCS is offering a full-time Infrastructure Internship from May through August (12 weeks) in Des Moines, IA. Interns will gain hands-on experience by contributing to meaningful projects with direct impact on the business.

You will work alongside our internal Infrastructure team, get exposure to IT operations, and present your project to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship. Mentorship and networking opportunities help you grow as a professional.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security best practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• May work with existing communities to deploy new technologies.
• May engage with technology partners to develop LCS solutions.
• May interact with community leadership on project implementation.
• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
