Job summary

Providence Management and Development Company Incorporated is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator in Tinley Park, IL. You will provide Level 1 and select Level 2 IT support and serve as the primary point of contact for end users, delivering prompt, customer‑focused service.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage access for Microsoft and related apps, and work with the service desk team to meet response and resolution goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent IT support experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting Windows and end‑user hardware.
• Experience with remote support tools, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets via phone, email, and remote support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, printers, and mobile devices.
• Access management for Microsoft, GSuite, and Electronic Health Record Applications.
• Escalate issues as needed and keep users informed throughout resolution.
• Collaborate with the service desk team to meet response and resolution goals.
