Job summary

AnewHealth, in conjunction with ExactCare, seeks an IT Service Desk Associate for our Lewisville, TX location to deliver first-line support for associates and production pharmacy teams. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document actions, and coordinate with Tier 2 to resolve complex problems.

The role requires 5+ years of troubleshooting experience, familiarity with AD, O365, Windows Server, Salesforce, and VOIP systems, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of related experience troubleshooting skills, basic networking, Active Directory and mobile devices
• Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite
• ITIL knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to employees via calls, chat, email, and remote access
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware/software and peripheral devices
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and audit purposes
• Assist with security practices to protect company systems and data
