Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly organized IT Service Design Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will bridge IT and Security changes to end users, ensuring tools and services are clear, adoptable, and well-supported.

You’ll work with Service Operations, Security, and People teams to shape design, rollout, and adoption, coaching the Change & Communications Coordinator along the way. A purpose-driven environment with global impact awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT service design or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly guidance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the service design and change approach for priority IT initiatives to ensure uptake and adoption.
• Partnering with Service Operations to map out support readiness and simplify IT request pathways.
• Support the rollout of Security roadmap initiatives by translating requirements into practical guidance for teams.
• Establish an engaging, non-punitive operating model for security awareness and training (including phishing simulations).
• Streamline the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) with People Team to automate workflows.
• Coach the Change & Communications Coordinator through regular 1:1s and guide defined workstreams.
