Job summary

Aleron is seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician II to support and maintain IT hardware and software in Plymouth, MN. The temporary role supports desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and client software for local and remote associates, with a flexible 7:00am–5:00pm schedule within the range.

You will build, configure and deploy equipment, troubleshoot, provide training, create knowledge base content, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 1+ year IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, M365 and AD user management.
• Experience configuring/desploying desktops and laptops, printers and phones.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone and email IT support to local and remote associates.
• Build, configure and deploy desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot issues using SOPs and document solutions.
• Offer guidance and training to internal staff; maintain knowledge base.
• Support safety, quality and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA).
• Assist other IT functions as needed and cover local sites.
